A Typical Day at the Workshop

Most workshops run from 9 AM to 5 PM both days.
All hands-on participants work with a partner. Auditors may move to different tables only when birds are not actively working.
All workshops follow the structure of: lecture or hands on time with the birds and a ten minute break every hour.  Mid day we break for an hour lunch, depending on the venue there may be catering.
At the end of both days there is a scheduled discussion/Q&A session.

Short Training Sessions

Hands on physical skills games; 2 minute bursts of the games to teach or sharpen your clicker skills.
Hands on working with the birds; 1 minute of partner discussion on the training plan for the upcoming session with bird A, 2 timed minutes of work with bird A, then 2 minutes split; 1 minute for discussion of how that session with bird A went and then the second minute is for partner discussion on the training plan for the upcoming session with bird B and repeat.

Dog Policy

Chickens are not happy when predators are nearby, therefore dogs are not permitted at these workshops.
